About the Keynote Speakers and their Presentations
Dr. Sonal Shah, Executive Director for the Georgetown University Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation, will talk about managing your nonprofit organization during disruptive change. Shah is an economist and entrepreneur and has spent her career focused on economic policy and actionable innovation in the public and private sectors.  She will focus on key factors of our changing industry and how nonprofits can create a culture of innovation to stay ahead of the game.

Clifford Yee, Managing Director for Corporate Social Responsibility Consulting Services at Raffa, assists forward leaning companies and nonprofits with assessing, developing, improving, and delivering their social impact and partnership strategies. His expertise includes employee engagement and volunteerism programs, philanthropy and community investments, and branding and marketing efforts. Cliff will share with us why purpose and partnerships are more important today than ever and how businesses of all sizes are incorporating corporate social responsibility (CSR) into their culture and operations.

As a closing keynote, Gretchen Van de Veer, Executive Director for Fair Chance, will address the new reality (or emerging trends) facing nonprofits post-election and how organizations can respond effectively. Gretchen will share strategies for building a high performance culture within your nonprofit organization.
