    Please join us on the second Thursday of each month for our Good Morning, McLean breakfast, 

    The topic of this month's presentation will be Regional Transportation Planning and Funding.  Our speaker will be Rob Jackson, Citizens Advisory Committee member of the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board (TPB).  The TPB is the federally-recognized metropolitan planning organization for the Washington region, coordinating future plans and providing data to decision makers.  

    A communications attorney at Marashlian & Donahure, PLLC, Mr. Jackson is a past-president of the McLean Citizens Association and of the Fairfax County Federation of Citizens Associations.  A former Secretary of the Chamber's Board of Directors, the Chamber honored Mr. Jackson as its Advocate of the Year in 2010 and as Hometown Hero in 2012.  Mr. Jackson also earned recognition as Dranesville District's Lord Fairfax from the Board of Supervisors in 2012.  

    In addition to hearing about the work of the TPB, we will welcome Jane Edmondson, Chief of Staff to Dranesville Supervisor John W. Foust, who will give a brief update as to ongoing transportation issues in the Greater McLean area, including I-66, Route 7 widening and area spot improvements.
