Nonprofit organizations frequently have a difficult time recruiting and retaining board members. The purpose of this program is to provide organizational staff and volunteer leadership with the information they need to assist them in evaluating their board, identifying and filling needed skills and competencies, providing training, and establishing a process for moving volunteers through the organization?s leadership.
