    SPEAKERS

    Bruce Rosen: Mr. Rosen is an experienced commercial real estate attorney and serves as “of counsel” to General Counsel, P.C. He specializes in commercial real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, secured lending and joint ventures. He also has experience in creditors' rights and commercial bankruptcy matters. Prior to working with General Counsel, P.C., Mr. Rosen was an Attorney with the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. Mr. Rosen is the author of "When Office Landlords Lease to Retail Tenants" Practical Real Estate Lawyer, September 2004. Mr. Rosen received his B.B.A. in 1989 and his J.D. with distinction in 1992 from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania Bars and the American Bar Association.

     

    C. Todd McManus: Mr. McManus is a Vice President with Appian Real Advisors, LLC. Todd has nearly 8 years of commercial real estate experience. His primary focus is tenant advisory services for technology and government service companies based in the metropolitan area with a specialty in data center operations. Mr. McManus is the Founder of the Northern Virginia Data Center Executives Group. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gettysburg College.
