ISOS Group, a U.S. GRI Certified Training Partner of the Global Reporting Initiative and Prizma have teamed up with PPC to co-host a GRI Certification in Sustainability Reporting course in McLean, Virginia. The course takes place January 13-14, 2011 at Project Performance Corporation's (PPC) offices near Tysons Corner.

The GRI Certification in Sustainability Reporting course walks participants through every step of the reporting process, from report planning to stakeholder engagement and selecting the sustainability performance measures that support the report’s narratives. Participants will learn how to select and link reporting content to ongoing improvement cycles and how to determine the GRI Application levels for coverage self-assessments.

The D.C. area event includes bonus presentations from PPC on best practices in climate management, the role of sustainability reporting in socially responsible investing from the Social Investment Forum, and first-hand challenges and benefits of reporting from long-time reporter, Merck & Co.
